2027 Dodge Charger Mopar ’27 Adds Carbon-Fiber Parts for $10,995

Dodge is turning Mopar’s 90th anniversary into a limited-run parts package for the 2027 Charger. The Mopar ’27 adds carbon-fiber body components and a cold-air intake, while leaving the R/T and Scat Pack’s stated engine outputs unchanged. With just 270 cars planned for the United States and Canada, availability is the key detail for buyers considering the $10,995 upgrade.

A factory package for two-door Chargers

The Mopar ’27 is offered on two-door versions of the 2027 Dodge Charger R/T and Scat Pack. Dodge plans to display the car at SEMA in Las Vegas, where it joins other special builds from Stellantis brands. The anniversary theme gives the package a clear purpose: bring parts from the Direct Connection catalog together in a factory-ordered Charger with distinct exterior and interior details.

The hardware includes a carbon-fiber hood with a functional scoop, a carbon-fiber front splitter and a carbon-fiber rear spoiler. A cold-air intake is also part of the package for the Charger’s 3.0-liter Hurricane turbocharged inline-six. Unique graphics on the hood and bodyside complete the exterior treatment.

Inside, the changes are more restrained. The package adds a distinctive instrument-panel badge on the passenger side and a serialized plaque on the radiator closeout panel. Those pieces mark the car as part of the limited run, while the main visual statement comes from the exterior carbon fiber.

Engine output stays familiar

Dodge lists the same Hurricane engine outputs for Mopar ’27 cars as for the corresponding R/T and Scat Pack models: 420 horsepower and 550 horsepower, respectively. The package therefore centers on parts and appearance rather than a stated increase in engine output. Buyers choosing between the two trims will still be selecting between those different power levels; the Mopar treatment doesn’t change the figures given for either one.

The cold-air intake is the package’s engine-related addition, but Dodge has not provided a separate output figure for Mopar ’27. That makes it sensible to treat the advertised 420- and 550-horsepower ratings as the relevant specifications, rather than assume the intake changes them. The source also gives no fuel-economy, acceleration or range figures for the package, so there’s no basis here for estimating how the added parts affect those measures.

Optional parts carry separate costs

Dodge dealers will also offer a high-performance cat-back exhaust, a performance spring kit and 21-by-11-inch Brass Monkey wheels. These are a la carte accessories, not included in the Mopar ’27 package. That distinction matters when comparing the package’s $10,995 price with the cost of a Charger fitted with additional parts: the listed package price covers its specified components, while those extras would be separate purchases.

The $10,995 charge is on top of the base price and any other options on the two-door Charger selected. The source does not give the underlying R/T or Scat Pack prices, or a combined price for a fully optioned car. Buyers will therefore need to account for the chosen trim and any additional equipment when working out the vehicle’s total cost.

Production and ordering details

Production is capped at 270 Mopar ’27 Chargers. Of those, 243 are allocated to the United States and 27 to Canada. Dodge says dealer orders begin in early January, with customer deliveries expected in spring. The limited allocation makes timing a practical consideration for interested buyers, though the source does not specify how many cars each dealer will receive or whether allocations will be distributed evenly.

For prospective owners, the package’s appeal comes down to whether its carbon-fiber pieces, graphics and serialized details justify the additional cost. It offers a ready-assembled set of Mopar parts on the R/T or Scat Pack, with the two trims retaining their respective stated outputs. Anyone wanting the exhaust, springs or larger wheels should factor those accessories in separately.

The Mopar ’27 gives Dodge a distinct anniversary edition without changing the Charger’s listed power ratings. Its small production run, early-January ordering window and spring delivery target are the details to keep in view as the car appears at SEMA and reaches dealers.
